MARVIN SAPP’S “BEST IN ME” #1 AT GOSPEL RADIO FOR 23rd CONSECUTIVE WEEK
Marvin Sapp’s infectious “Best In Me” is the #1 song at Gospel radio for the 23rd consecutive week. “Best In Me” is the first single from Sapp’s latest CD HERE I AM, which has been #1 on Billboard’s Gospel Albums sales chart for 22 weeks.
HERE I AM, Sapp’s 8th CD, was released this past March and debuted at the top of 6 Billboard sales charts. The CD also debuted #2 on the Billboard Top 200 chart, the first time in the chart’s 54-year history that a Gospel release landed in its #2 position. HERE I AM was also the biggest first week release from a Gospel artist since the release of God’s Property in 1997, and was the highest digital first week ever for a Gospel release.
